Sister Lilli Ana posted a thoughtful meditation for Ash Wednesday, (See link to her blog in sidebar) inspiring me to continue with my Lenten images.

There's a real dark side to being flavor of the month. (I've experienced it more than once.) Look at how God treats His "chosen people" in the Old Testament. One minute they're chosen, the next a rebellious and stiff-necked generation. You can't ever believe your own press. Good to keep in mind.

I followed the link and you were right - good stuff, maynard.
Absolutely brilliant!
Miss you,

Sr. Claire Joy,
Dropping in to say thanks for the gift of books at
Christmas time.
I have put them to use, and in dropping in for a chat with you today, I find BC's comments appropriate.
As leader of the retreat up in the snowy mountains last week, I dragged my feet about the closing---but place it in God's hands. Then I had to create the Sunday worship event, that helped deliver closure.
So I started labeled the three sessions: consonance, dissonance and harmony, and did a lot in between, activities, holding up a antique rugbeater to demonstrate strength, or as they supplied, in numbers,
enfolding, LA freeway system, etc. It was probably
the most effort I've had to put into creativity for a long time.
Came back to conclude the 3rd session of StarBright AfterSchool program, only runs 2 days a week, for four weeks, but I was one tired puppy.
Astro outlook:
You should be getting something in the mail in the future.
Love and peace, and continued grace,
Marcia
