Radical, wonderful, and even more difficult than the original ten that Moses received from the hand of God... because in truth, we don't love ourselves well enough to love one another. But Jesus did not say love one another as you love yourself... he said love them as I have loved you.

Whoa! That's saying alot! If only we would love one another half as much as He love us...
Somehow you just helped me hear these words afresh. The images also. The bright and brutal nails in "Good Friday" pierce my heart.
